I was a full cycle recruiter managing development and execution of staffing goals, sourcing strategies, streamlining the interview & selection process, and working the offer process to completion. I handled recruitment for various technical & non-technical roles across different levels and managed bulk hiring through Campus Recruitment. I also managed recruitment for key positions of GSFC Agrotech Limited (wholly owned subsidiary of GSFC Limited) and supported recruitment for academic and non-academic roles at GSFC University.
