• To Support Quality Manager in all Quality Matters and while of Weekly Quality and Construction meetings and Weekly, Monthly reporting’s and Quality Related issues from OWNER/PMC . • To implement Quality Manager’s activities while of his absence. • To review the qualifications of the Subcontractor Quality Members and to interview them and suggest (together with Quality Manager) for relevant positions. • To review and approve (togehter with Quality Manager) the Subcontractor (and site fabricator Vendors such as Tanks,Silos etc.) documents, such as Quality Plans, Welding Books(together with Engineering), MS, Procedures, Mix designs, ITPs and MARs(togehter with Engineering)as per Local and International codes and Project Specifications and Subcontractor Scope of work requirements. • To Review the validity of license and Accreditation of Subcontractors’ and third party laboratories, Batching plants and visit for prequalification. • To monitor and report the Project KPI. • To coordinate with Subcontractors and Government Authorities such as MES, Azerenergy, Azergas etc. for readiness and acceptance of whole Local Documentations Local Acts (Civil, Electrical, Piping etc.), Journals such as The State Supervision, General Journal, Concrete, Welding, Author,Electrical ,Technical Passports etc. • To identify any organizational or procedural defect, analize critical points and arrange any corrective action together with Quality Manager for improvment of QMS. • To prepare and distribute the Monthly Construction Quality Report(to head office), Quality and Mechanical Completion Report Whole Project Procedures and ITPs along status,Weekly Quality Report,Weekly Quality Walk down Report,Local Documentations ,Acts,Journals,Passports status,Welding Book status,Welding and NDE status,NCR and OBSERVATION status, Test Pack status,Welders Performance status,Introduction to Site Personall,Quality Action Register(pending issues) Status of the whole Project. • To Conduct whole Project Audits-all internal (Contractor and Subcontractors) and monitoring of implementation of Corrective and Preventive Action program and participate external Audits (OWNER/PMC and Contractor head office) according to ISO 9001:2015. • To Coordinate whole Site Construction activities and Documentation works as per ACI /ASME/API/ASTM / BS / EN / QOST/ SNIP / AZDTN / AASTHO / PUE and TM codes. • To Conduct the Weekly / Monthly meetings (Site internal and external with Vendors or Third Party Companies) and ensure a better coordination while of weekly QA/QC meetings which held between OWNER/PMC QA/QC Leader, CONTRACTOR /SUBCONTRACTORS QA/QC Group and Discipline Supervisors and accordingly preparing the Quality Minute of Meetings and distributing among concerned parties (OWNER/PMC & Subcontractors) for info, action and future follow-ups. • To Prepare an official letter which related to incompatibility of Quality Requirements. • To Conduct Introduction and Quality training to all site personal such as Managers, Engineers, Supervisors regarding requirements of ISO 9001, Project Requirements such as Contract(Subcontractor Scope of Work), Specifications, Procedures, ITPs etc. • To Coordinate with SOCAR and Government Authorities in all Quality matters. • To Coordinate the Quality team (19 Members)-NDT & Welding Inspectors (field welding and NDT inspections); Engineers such as Civil(field inspections), Preservation(field inspections), Welding, Electrical(field inspections), Mechanical Completion; Document Controller etc. regarding readiness of whole Quality records and documentations (such as Welding/NDT reports,backfilling reports,concrete compressive strenght test reports,FICD reports etc. which shall be submitted by Subcontractor as QA delivereables and monitoring of field inspections. • To verify the activities of all Discipline Supervisors such as Civil,Building,Piping,E & I, Mechanical and Engineering for improvment of Document Management System. • To approve/release the Test Packages and inform the test date to the Third Party/Local(MES) Authority. • To ensure that all the Contractual handover requirements have been fully integrated into the Handover Procedures and to monitor the implementation of the same. • To IMPLEMENT THE QUALITY REWARD AND WARNING SYSTEM AT SITE. • To coordinate all type of material receiving inspections. • To coordinate all type of internal and external (with third party) Mechanical testing such as piping, steel structure and Civil testing’s backfilling, compressive strength etc. • To coordinate and monitor all type of preservation activities such as equipment’s, loop reactors etc. • To coordinate the Welder Qualification and weld executions. • To review and accept the subcontractor’s payment request-invoice for NDT. To coordinate with precomissioning and Commissioning team for Quality Documentations and Commissioning activities. To coordinate with Interface Manager and Client and Government authorities for handover of Plant and Start-Up.

(dia/1500mm, length 40-50m)-and pile integrity test and static load test), JET GROUTING, CONSTRUCTION OF TRANSFER SLAB FOR SHIP, CONSTRUCTION OF FINGER PIER, CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE BEAMS for 100-ton CRANE, INSTALLATION OF RAILWAY for 100-ton CRANE and 300 TON BAKUSHIPYARD CRANE, INSTALLATION OF BOLLARDS TRACTIVE STRENGTH 250 ton, BOLT TIGHTENING, MECHANICAL TESTS-SMOKE TEST OF HVAC lines, • To participate, coordinate the PRECOMISSIONING and COMISSIONING and internal handover activities. • To coordinate the HANDOVER steps OF PLANT TO GOVERNMENT TECHNICAL COMISSION such as MES, Azerenergy, Ecology Ministry, Azerigas etc. for getting of Operation Permit. • Working (6month) together with Plant Operation teams such as Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Maintenance, Safety etc. for duly monitoring of whole Plant systems.

• Preparation of project Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) and related forms for verification of inspections for civil, buildings and structural steel activities. • Approval of different grades of concrete mixes designs. • Preparation of Non-Conformance Reports. • Regular inspection of sub-contractor’s quality department for maintaining, storage of quality record. • Preparation of weekly quality statistics report regarding inspection and tests status • Attending weekly Quality, Construction meetings. • Monitoring of Preparation of Quality dossier for sub-systems completed and ready for mechanical completion. • To conduct site Internal Audits and monitoring for follow-up. • Inspection of different backfilling mixtures sampling, witnessing of laboratory testing as per project requirements such as: MDD and OMC, CBR, Plasticity Index, Particle distribution. • Inspection of Steel Structure fabrication activities at sub-contractor fabrication shop. • Daily site inspection of construction activities such as cast in-situ pile installation, pre-cast pile driving, ground condition for excavated pits, concrete pre-pour, pouring and post pour inspection, concrete protection, re-bars and form works, different embedment and anchor bolts, grouting, backfilling, leak test for liquid retarding structures and sewage pipes, erection of steel structure • Inspection of building finishes such as block works, plastering, screed, roof waterproofing, painting, plumbing and etc. • HVAC inspection at buildings • Attending in commissioning and prepare the punch lists • To stop the work due to wrong drawing, to propose about a new idea. Coordination and participation of inspections of construction of below buildings: • Multicompetent Cement Silo (H=63m),Clinker Silo (H=35m) with piling foundation 2 tunnels. • Off Spec Silo, Raw Mill Silo (H=73m), Preheater Tower (H=132m.Piled foundation. Steel structure), Clay Storage, Limestone Storage, Coal Mill Storage, Underground Train Unloading Station, Raw Mill Building, Raw Mill Feed Bean Building, Clinker Cooler.Technical office building, Electrical Substations, Bag filter, Waste water Treatment plant, Rail way construction • Project Road and Bridge Construction, Refractory concreting of inside of KILNs etc.
