Plant performance improvement through evaluation of Key performance Indicator (KPI) like specific power, plant on line time, rate of production, plant loading, utility management, etc. 6. Handling start-up and shutdown activities of the plant. 7. Nitrogen purging activities. Equipment/Machinery – Operated/Monitored/Maintained: 1. 16 MW four stage integrally geared centrifugal air compressor and 11 MW six stage integrally geared centrifugal booster compressor, 1 MW three stage reciprocating nitrogen compressors. 2. Chiller plant unit of 340 ton capacity. 3. Distillation column, cooling water system, cooling tower fans. 4. Centrifugal and reciprocating pumps for liquid oxygen, argon, nitrogen (cryogenic) and cooling water service. 5. Cryogenic liquid regasification/vaporization system comprising of storage tank, pump and steam spurged vaporizer.
